How to provide public comment during April 16 State Water Board Probationary Hearing

On April 16, 2024, the State Water Board will hold a hearing to consider designating the Tulare Lake Subbasin as a probationary basin under the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).

How to provide public comments remotely:  
– Fill out a virtual speaker card using our online form
– The Board Clerk will respond to your form with Zoom login information for the hearing.  
– Should you have any questions or problems please send an email to: board.clerk@waterboards.ca.gov
– You will not be able to join the Zoom meeting until you submit this form and receive an email response from the Board Clerk.

If you do not wish to provide a comment, you can watch the hearing webcast in English or Spanish at: https://video.calepa.ca.gov
