Well Mitigation Policy Released for 30 day public comment period

This Draft Policy was approved at the November 6 Special Board Meeting for a 30 day public comment period starting on 11/10/2025. Written public comments submitted by December 10th at 5:00 PM will be considered by the Grower Advisory Committee and addressed in any final edits to the document that will be presented to the Board for adoption at the December 20 Regular Board Meeting. 


Please Provide Written Comments on this Policy Document by December 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM to Johnny@SouthForkKings.org so we can address any final concerns before sending it to the Board for Approval!
